From drawing to commissioning
- Survey and analysis: we study the existing installation, loads and space constraints on board.
- Design and drafting: we produce the drawings and bill of materials.
- Fabrication: we assemble and wire the panel in our shop.
- Shop testing: every panel is checked before it leaves the shop.
- Onboard installation: our technicians install the panel or support your crew.
- Commissioning: final tests on board and updated documentation.
Panels we build
- Control panels for pumps, fans and crane joysticks
- Variable frequency drive panels
- Bypass panels for redundancy
- Automation and control panels
- Replacement panels for obsolete equipment
- Distribution boards, up to main switchboard replacement
Project example: crane joystick control
We built control panels for a deck crane joystick in our shop, from our own Marine Series stainless steel line, then installed them on the vessel deck. See our projects.
Why one supplier from start to finish
When the same team designs, builds, installs and commissions, there is no grey zone between contractors. Drawings match what is installed, tests are done by people who know the panel, and you have one contact if a question comes up later.
Frequently asked questions
Where are your panels built?
In our shop in Quebec. Every panel is checked in the shop before it is installed on board.
Can you build a panel from our old drawings?
Yes. Send us your existing drawings or a description of the need: we survey, update the drawings and build the panel.
Do you install the panels you build?
Yes. Our technicians install them on board and commission them. We can also support your in-house crew.
